At the Media FX Group, we consider Web 2.0 technologies and incorporate information or web architecture guidelines that help us achieve our client's goals.  We ask questions to understand the website's goals and users before we start a eLearning or interactive production.  We review the competition, engage in brainstorming, metaphor exploration, discuss organization/navigation/labelling and searching systems, and how we might incorporate Search Engine Optimization (SEO).  And throughout the process we perform usability testing on various prototypes, mock-ups and hi-fidelity working models.  This is all part of our development process.

In using new Open Source technologies and in building a new Flash eLearning infrastructure, for the BC Ministry of Education, we have realized that the best approach to building and delivering the next best thing to a instructor/student situation, is one that incorporates multi-sensory interactivity. These are technologies we build and install for all our website clients every day.  Video streaming, and presentation/multimedia design all factor into the development of a eLearning or interactive site. In fact, they are integral to the success of the website.
