Ron formed the Media FX Group (MFXG) in 2003. The company consisted of four departments. These included: Website Development (including Hosting and Online Marketing), Corporate Events, Print Graphics, and Digital Signage.

Ron has helped create the next wave of multimedia talent in BC as an instructor in the New Media Design and Technical Web Developer programs at British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT). He teaches UX Strategy, and Information Architecture.
